Nonnecke, I. L. Any lines of L. peruvianum not listed in the Seed List for 1949-50 from the P. I. Station, Ames, Iowa, as well as any crosses between L. peruvianum and L. esculentum. Any other material suspected to possess cold or frost resistance or low temperature fruit set.

Pearson, 0. H. Lines that have little or no gelatinous matter surrounding seeds.

Pollack, B. L. Any line that showes some degree of resistance to "gray wall".

Reynard, G. B. u2u2 (u\g\u\g\) Any types with extra dark green unripe fruit.

Rick, C. M. Any line that is jointless but not leafy (j-lf+).
